Our Background
Built by two brothers who demand the standard.
WorkVerified started in Houston, Texas — born from years of watching good people do great work that no one could ever vouch for again.

The problem we lived through.
As Marines, we learned that reputation isn't something you claim — it's something other people confirm about you. When we left the service and entered the civilian workforce, we kept seeing the opposite: skilled freelancers and tradespeople whose entire track record was trapped inside platforms they didn't own, or lost the moment a job ended.
Reviews that should follow a person for a career instead disappeared with a closed account. That didn't sit right with us.

What we set out to build.
A verification layer that belongs to the worker. Reviews tied to verified employers. A reputation that's portable across platforms, projects, and decades — not locked behind a logo.
We're building the standard we wished existed when we were the ones being hired. Accountable on both sides. Honest by design.
"Your reputation is the most valuable professional asset you have. It shouldn't be locked inside someone else's platform — or left unspoken entirely."
What we stand for
Accountability
Every review is tied to a verified employer. No anonymous noise, no inflated stars — just signal that holds up.
Portability
Your reputation belongs to you. Take it across platforms, industries, and decades. We're a layer, not a cage.
People first
Algorithms don't hire — people do. We design every feature to help real humans make better calls about other real humans.
